Job summary

SMX is seeking a Software Engineer – Front End Web Application to contribute to the design, build, support, and implementation of the Budget and Spend (BAS) solution for federal clients. This remote role supports a Washington, DC based customer and requires a Public Trust clearance.

You will work with SAP Analytics Cloud and standard web technologies to develop interactive UI/UX components, review requirements, optimize performance, and participate in code reviews as part of a cross-functional

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field or equivalent experience.
• 2 years of frontend software engineering with JavaScript, HTML5 and CSS.
• Experience with REST APIs, data formats like XML/JSON, and debugging.
• Ability to work independently and in teams; strong communication.
• U.S. citizenship and Public Trust clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Build enterprise planning and reporting applications using SAC or web technologies.
