Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred. Trade school certificate or diploma is acceptable.
• Experience with welding, hydraulics, and electrical systems is a plus.
• Willingness to learn mechanical and electrical diagnostics under supervision.

Responsibilities

• Assist with installation, service, and maintenance under supervision.
• Learn basic mechanical and electrical troubleshooting tasks.
• Safely use hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment.
• Maintain a safe job site and follow safety policies.
• Document basic service activities and observations with mentor feedback.
• Develop customer communication through job status updates.
