Southern Dock Products of Charlotte - A Division of DuraServ Corp is seeking experienced field technicians to diagnose, install, and maintain commercial dock and door systems. You will work independently on-site, owning complex service calls and installations, and make technical decisions at customer sites.

Responsibilities include installing, servicing, and maintaining equipment to manufacturer standards; diagnosing root causes; reading manuals and diagrams; prioritizing safety; and clear

Responsibilities

• Install, service, and maintain commercial dock and door equipment to manufacturer standards.
• Perform mechanical and electrical troubleshooting to diagnose root causes.
• Use hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment to fabricate brackets and hardware as needed.
• Read and interpret manuals, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation.
• Maintain a safe, clean job site and comply with OSHA PPE requirements.
• Document all service activity with precision and recommendations for maintenance.
• Communicate clearly with customers and provide real-time status updates.
• Support teammates on larger installations and adapt to changing schedules.
