Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Trade school certificate or diploma acceptable.
• Experience in welding, mechanical, hydraulic, or electrical fields preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with installation, service, and maintenance of commercial dock and door equipment under supervision.
• Observe and participate in basic mechanical and electrical troubleshooting tasks.
• Learn to safely use hand tools, power tools, and basic fabrication equipment.
• Maintain a safe and clean job site and follow all safety policies and PPE usage.
• Record job details such as work performed and parts used for mentor feedback.
• Assist lead technicians on installations and service calls and adapt to changing priorities.
