Job summary

WithMe, Inc. in Dallas, TX is hiring a Jr Field Service Representative to install, service and maintain coffee and printing equipment at client sites.

You will travel regionally, perform preventative maintenance, and work closely with Operations and Client Experience teams to ensure client satisfaction. A valid driver’s license, ability to lift 65–90 lbs, and a commitment to high-quality service delivery are required.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in a customer-facing or field service role.
• Strong communication and a customer-obsessed mindset.
• Willingness to travel regionally and lift 65–90 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide courteous customer service during site visits.
• Install, program, calibrate, and maintain coffee equipment with guidance.
• Coordinate with manufacturers via phone/video for repairs.
• Visit client locations to deliver products and perform preventive maintenance.
• Support wireless printer stations and implement new solutions for customers.
• Maintain inventory of parts and tools.
• Collaborate with Operations and Client Experience teams.
