WithMe, Inc. is hiring a Jr Field Service Representative in Dallas, TX to support our printing and coffee solutions. You’ll visit client sites, install and service equipment, and ensure a seamless experience.

This role requires a valid driver’s license and the ability to travel regionally. We are a remote-first company offering equity, comprehensive benefits, and a transparent, fast-growing team. The position is eligible for annual bonus and compensation ranges from $24 to $29 per hour, with

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in customer-facing or field service roles.
• Excellent communication and a customer-obsessed mindset.
• Mechanical aptitude with willingness to learn plumbing basics.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel regionally.
• Able to lift 65–90 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Interest in coffee or printing tech is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Install, program, calibrate, and maintain coffee equipment with guidance.
• Repair machines with manufacturers via phone/video at warehouses or client sites.
• Visit client locations to deliver products and perform preventive maintenance.
• Support wireless printer stations and implement solutions for new customers.
• Maintain inventory of parts and tools; collaborate with Operations and Client Experience.
