Job summary

WithMe, Inc. is hiring a Jr Field Service Representative in Seattle, WA to deliver products, install and service coffee and printing equipment, and ensure client satisfaction.

You will travel regionally, perform preventive maintenance, and collaborate with operations teams to keep equipment running smoothly. Requirements include at least 1 year in a customer-facing role, strong communication, mechanical aptitude, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in a customer-facing or field service role.
• Strong communication and a customer-obsessed mindset.
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn basic plumbing.

Responsibilities

• Provide courteous, outstanding customer service during site visits.
• Install, program, calibrate, and maintain coffee equipment with guidance.
• Collaborate with manufacturers via phone/video to repair machines in warehouse and client sites.
• Visit client locations to deliver products, perform preventative maintenance, and change water filters.
• Support wireless printer stations and implement solutions for new customers.
• Maintain inventory of parts and tools.
• Collaborate with Operations and Client Experience teams.
