Evertz, a growing high-technology company with over 2,000 employees, is a worldwide leader in designing and manufacturing broadcast, film production, and postproduction equipment for the film, television broadcast, and professional audio & video industry.

We are currently seeking recent graduates to join our AV Service team. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will have the opportunity to influence their perception of Evertz. This role combines technical skills and customer service, involving interactions with customers and cutting-edge products both in-house and on-site at production studios and distribution facilities.

Responsibilities:

1. Travel within the US for customer deployments and service
2. Install products or systems at customer sites and provide product training
3. Respond to operational issues, firmware upgrades, and maintenance requests
4. Assess product applications, troubleshoot, and diagnose issues to identify root causes
5. Perform detailed troubleshooting, data collection, and issue reporting
6. Coordinate between customer service and other departments to resolve issues and relay feedback

Qualifications:

1. Degree in Electrical, Electronic, or Computer disciplines
2. Passion for technology and learning new hardware and software
3. Experience with IP Networking, server hardware, and Linux OS
4. Strong desire to assist customers and deliver excellent service
5. Problem-solving skills and adaptability
6. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
7. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
8. Eligible for travel within US and Canada
9. US Citizenship is required
