• Manage marketing and field requests related to merchandising and AV fixtures
• Direct and manage execution responses to quarterly marketing audits
• Collaborate and manage vendors for manufacturing, installation and ensure quality of work performed
• Provide reporting and feedback to stakeholders on a regular cadence
• Manage work order pipelines, estimated 100 per month, through completion
• Resolve issues, as escalated, and ensure all key stakeholders are informed
• Assist in the development of process documentation, internal control procedures, and program tools for all activities
• Develop a detailed process and communication strategy across impacted lines of business

QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience in project management or real estate preferred
• Experience with Financial Services is preferred but not required
• Ability to prepare and track budgets
• Familiarity with architectural drawings preferred
• Able to adapt and prioritize, meeting deadlines, in a fast-paced team or independently environment
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to successfully communicate with contractors, client’s representatives, and team members
• Must have a minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience, or combination of relevant work experience, education, or equivalent Military experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

Estimated total compensation for this position:

70,900.00 – 86,800.00 USD per year

The total compensation range is an estimate and not guaranteed. An employment offer is based on an applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data .
