Evertz, a growing high-technology company with over 2,000 employees, is a worldwide leader in the design and manufacture of broadcast, film production, and postproduction equipment for the film, television broadcast, and professional audio & video industry.

We are currently looking for recent graduates to join our AV Service team. As the first and often the most frequent point of contact for our clients, you will have the greatest opportunity to influence the client's perception of Evertz. This position combines technical skills and customer service, dealing with exciting customers and cutting-edge products both in-house and on-site at our customers’ production studios and distribution facilities.

Responsibilities:

1. Travel within the US for customer deployments and service
2. Install products or systems at customer sites and provide product training
3. Respond to operational issues, firmware upgrades, and maintenance requests
4. Assess, troubleshoot, and diagnose product issues to find root causes
5. Document troubleshooting processes and report issues systematically
6. Maintain communication between customer service and other departments to resolve issues and relay customer feedback

Qualifications:

1. Degree in Electrical, Electronic, or Computer disciplines
2. Passion for technology and learning new hardware and software
3. Hands-on experience with IP Networking, server hardware, and Linux OS
4. Strong desire to help customers and deliver excellent service
5. Problem-solving skills and adaptability
6. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
7. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
8. Eligible for travel within US and Canada
9. US Citizenship is required
