Job summary

Talent Groups is seeking a Junior Systems Engineer to support hardware installations, testing, troubleshooting, and deployment activity at customer sites in the government sector. You will develop deployment documentation and technical specifications, resolve boot-up issues, and serve as a primary customer contact for deployment inquiries.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or mathematics; plus 2 yrs related experience.
Experience with mid-to-large scale hardware deployments in a government environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to travel frequently.

Responsibilities

Develop deployment support documentation for customers.
Work with management to develop deployment specifications and configurations.
Analyze and troubleshoot deployment issues in a timely manner.
Act as customer contact for deployment related inquiries and issues.
Install and test hardware at customer sites.
Create technical artifacts needed for deployments at customer sites.
Troubleshoot malfunction occurrences during hardware installations.
