Job summary

Talent Groups seeks a Senior Systems Engineer to lead and support hardware installations, testing, troubleshooting, and deployment activities at customer sites. This role requires extensive experience with mid-to-large scale hardware refreshes and deployments in a government environment, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and frequent travel to support mission-critical systems.

You will create deployment documentation and technical specifications and serve as the primary customer

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or mathematics with related experience.
• Experience troubleshooting installation/boot-up issues in complex environments.
• Experience with mid-to-large scale hardware refreshes/deployments in government settings.

Responsibilities

• Develop deployment support documentation for customers.
• Work with management to develop deployment specifications and configurations.
• Analyze and troubleshoot deployment issues in a timely manner.
• Act as customer contact for deployment inquiries and issues.
• Install and test hardware at FAA customer sites.
• Create technical artifacts for deployments at FAA customer sites.
• Troubleshoot malfunctions during hardware installations.
