Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of enterprise server, workstation, storage, and network hardware.
• Experience designing, implementing, configuring, and supporting enterprise hardware solutions.
• Expertise in hardware configuration management, life-cycle management, and asset standardization.
• Experience installing, configuring, upgrading, and troubleshooting enterprise servers and hardware.
• Knowledge of OS deployment, security patching, and system hardening.
• Ability to perform site surveys and assess facility infrastructure for hardware upgrades.
• Ability to document installation procedures, drawings, and deployment reports.
• Understanding of data center standards, rack integration, power, and cabling.

Responsibilities

• Provide hardware engineering support for worldwide deployment and installation.
• Execute server installation support and non-routine/emergency work.
• Prepare technical documents and contribute to the server refresh plan.
