Limitless East Marketing is seeking an Entry Level Event Specialist to join our fast-paced, creative team. You will support senior event managers in planning and executing a wide range of events, from corporate meetings to social gatherings.

This role offers hands-on mentorship, exposure to diverse clients, and opportunities for growth. A bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred, with strong organization and communication skills essential to succeed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and coordinating events from inception to completion.
• Communicate with clients, vendors, and venue staff to ensure all event requirements are met.
• Support senior event managers in scheduling and logistics management.
• Prepare event materials, including agendas, presentations, and promotional items.
• Manage registration and attendee communications before and during events.
