Rivian is seeking an emerging to mid-level Technician to grow technical skills while delivering exceptional customer experience. You will support EV repairs, inspections, and field service, under mentorship, with duties at service centers, mobile routes, or remote sites.

The role emphasizes learning, safety, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates have 0–3 years in automotive/technical settings, a high school diploma, and a passion for EV technology and adventure.

Responsabilités

• Vehicle service and repair at service centers, mobile routes, or remote locations.
• Learn EV framework, tools, and accessories under senior technicians.
• Follow repair procedures with safety and quality.
• Road tests to verify repair quality and safety.
• Assist with parts operations: ordering, receiving, inventory, and work orders.
• Maintain detailed notes and documentation of repairs.
• Interact professionally with customers and partners.
• Identify process improvements and participate in campaigns.
