Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Minimum age 21 years old.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• 0–3 years in automotive shop or technical environment; recent grads welcome.
• Basic exposure to EV/hybrid frameworks is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with vehicle diagnosis, repairs, and inspections at service centers, mobile routes, or remote locations.
• Learn EV framework, tools, and product line under senior technicians.
• Follow repair procedures and safety guidelines with attention to quality.
• Conduct road tests to verify repair quality and safety.
• Support parts operations, inventory tracking, and work order/expense reporting.
• Maintain detailed repair notes and documentation for internal/external use.
• Interact professionally with customers, families, and partners at service facilities or events.
• Identify process improvements and participate in service campaigns and training.
