Rivian is seeking an emerging to mid-level Technician to grow technical skills while delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will work under senior mentors to support EV repairs, inspections, and field service.

The role may involve mobile work, travel to regional sites, and plant support as needs evolve. The ideal candidate has strong communication, eagerness to learn, and comfort in fast-paced environments.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited automotive repair school/program is highly preferred.
• 0–3 years of hands-on experience in an automotive shop or technical environment.
• Basic exposure to EV/hybrid frameworks or startup environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform or assist with vehicle diagnosis, repairs, installations, and inspections.
• Learn product line, EV framework, tools and accessories under mentorship.
• Follow repair procedures and safety standards with quality focus.
• Conduct road tests after repair to verify quality and safety.
• Assist with parts operations, inventory tracking, and work orders.
• Maintain detailed technical documentation for repairs.
• Interact professionally with customers and partners at facilities or events.
• Identify improvements and participate in service campaigns and training.
