Rivian is seeking an emerging to mid-level Technician to grow technical acumen while delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will support EV repairs, inspections, and field service under senior mentorship, primarily at a local service center with potential remote work or travel for mobile service as business needs evolve.

The role emphasizes strong communication, eagerness to learn, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high safety and quality

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 0–3 years hands-on experience in an automotive shop or technical environment.
• Graduation from an accredited automotive repair school/program is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Vehicle Service & Repair: diagnosis, repairs, installations and inspections at service center, mobile route, or remote location.
• Provide technical guidance and learning under mentorship from senior technicians.
• Follow repair procedures safely and efficiently with attention to quality.
