Rivian seeks an emergent to mid-level Technician to support EV repairs, inspections, and field service operations. You will work under senior technicians and leadership, delivering exceptional customer experiences.

This role is based at a local service center, with possibilities for remote work, travel for mobile service, or plant support as needed. The ideal candidate has strong communication, a eagerness to learn, and a passion for innovation and adventure.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred.
• 0–3 years hands-on experience in automotive workshop or technical setting.
• Graduation from an automotive repair school/program is highly preferred.
• Basic exposure to EV/hybrid frameworks or startup environments is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Diagnose and repair vehicles at service center, mobile route, or remote location.
• Learn product line, EV framework and tools under mentorship.
• Follow repair procedures safely and efficiently without compromising quality.
• Road-test vehicles post-repair to verify quality and safety.
• Assist with parts ordering, receiving, inventory tracking, and expense reporting.
• Maintain detailed repair notes for internal and external use.
• Interact professionally with customers and partners at service facilities or events.
• Identify process improvements and participate in service campaigns.
• Engage in required training and develop skills with increasing autonomy.
