Job summary

Jacobs is seeking an Entry-Level Environmental Remediation Professional to support project teams in delivering environmental services. You will assist with soil and groundwater sampling, remediation system maintenance, and data analysis, while preparing scopes of work and technical reports.

Based out of the Eastern United States with preferred locations including Virginia Beach, VA and surrounding areas, the role involves up to 75% field work and potential travel, within a supportive,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Geology, Environmental Engineering, or Environmental Science.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Willingness to perform field work.
• United States Citizenship.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Ability to work in preferred locations (VA/MA/DC/NC) or other Eastern US locations.

Responsibilities

• Assist project teams with soil sampling, groundwater sampling, and remediation system maintenance.
• Prepare scopes of work for subcontracts.
• Conduct data analysis on field and lab data.
• Create technical reports documenting activities and results.
