CDM Smith is seeking an entry-level Environmental, Water Resources, or Civil Engineer to join our Water Services Group. You will apply your engineering skills to sustainable water projects while growing within a dynamic team.

This role offers hands-on site assessments, design development support, modeling, and stakeholder presentations. Travel up to 10% and opportunities for career growth across multiple disciplines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Environmental or Chemical Engineering or related discipline.
• 0 years. Domestic and/or international travel may be required.
• Equivalent additional directly related experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.

Responsibilities

• Support site assessments, field investigations, and project studies.
• Assist with design development and adjust design parameters based on project requirements and field findings.
• Perform water quality analyses, hydraulic and hydrologic modeling, and other engineering analyses.
• Prepare technical reports, project documentation, presentations, and other deliverables for client meetings and industry conferences.
• Use tools such as ArcGIS, Fathom, SWMM, CADD, Excel, and other engineering software to support project design and analysis.
• Participate in fieldwork and construction management activities, providing exposure to projects throughout the full project lifecycle.
