Job summary

CDM Smith is seeking an entry-level Environmental, Water Resources, or Civil Engineer to join our Water Services Group. This role offers early career candidates a path to work on innovative water projects and grow within a dynamic team.

You will assist in designing water and wastewater facilities, sewer systems, pipelines, and related infrastructure, operating under supervision to meet standards and client needs. Opportunities for fieldwork and presentations are available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Environmental or Chemical Engineering or related discipline.
• 1 year of related experience; travel may be required.
• Equivalent additional directly related experience considered in lieu of a degree.

Responsibilities

• Support the design and implementation of water and wastewater treatment facilities, sewer systems, pipelines and related infrastructure.
• Ensure designs meet client specifications and regulatory standards.
• Contribute to technical report preparation and presentations for client meetings and conferences.
