Job summary

Fulcrum Digital is seeking a driven Junior Account Executive to fuel enterprise growth across AI, data, cloud, and digital engineering. You will research target accounts, engage senior executives, and generate qualified meetings while shaping opportunities from first conversation through early solution development.

You'll work alongside senior sales and technology leaders, owning a defined portfolio and building strategic account plans.

Qualifications

1–3 years of B2B sales, business development, or client-facing experience (technology or professional services a plus)
Strong written and verbal communication, with the confidence to engage senior business and technology leaders
Comfort with phone-based prospecting and the persistence to build opportunities from cold or lightly developed accounts
An organized, accountable working style with strong follow-through
Genuine curiosity about enterprise AI, data modernization, cloud, and digital transformation

Responsibilities

Own a defined portfolio of strategic target accounts and build focused account-entry plans
Research companies, business priorities, technology environments, and key decision-makers
Run personalized outreach across phone, email, and LinkedIn — real conversations, not generic sequences
Generate qualified meetings and prepare sharp account and stakeholder briefs ahead of every call
Join discovery calls, capture client needs, and drive timely internal and external follow-up
Maintain disciplined Salesforce hygiene — activity, account status, next steps, and follow-up dates
Partner with SDRs, solution leaders, and delivery partners to move accounts toward workshops, assessments, pilots, and proposals
