Qualifications

• 1–3 years of corporate, energy, or infrastructure transactional experience.
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills.
• Familiarity with tax equity financings, transferable tax credits, structured financings, and complex investment arrangements is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and analysis to support transaction preparation and strategy.
• Draft memos, contracts, and correspondence with accuracy.
• Assist/manage complex transactions from inception to closing; coordinate with clients and teams.
• Build and maintain client relationships with timely updates and professional communication.
• Collaborate with other lawyers and professionals to develop transaction strategies.
