Qualifications

• JD from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Admitted to practice in California.
• 1–3 years of corporate, energy, or infrastructure transactional experience.
• Familiarity with tax equity financings, transferable tax credits, and complex investment arrangements is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Legal Research: thorough research to support transaction prep and strategy.
• Legal Writing: draft memos, contracts, and correspondence with high accuracy.
• Transaction Assistance and Management: assist/manage complex transactions from inception to closing.
• Client Interaction: build and maintain relationships with internal and external clients.
• Collaboration: work with lawyers and professionals to develop transaction strategies.
• Attend and participate in client calls and meetings, negotiations, etc.
• Compliance: stay updated on changes in law and precedents.
• Professional Development: pursue training to grow legal knowledge and leadership skills.
