Qualifications

• JD and accredited law degree.
• Admitted to practice in California.
• 1–3 years corporate, energy, or infrastructure transactional experience.
• Familiarity with tax equity financings, transferable tax credits, structured financings, and complex investment arrangements.
• Experience with M&A, project development, project finance, and joint venture transactions.

Responsibilities

• Legal Research: support transaction preparation and strategy.
• Legal Writing: draft memos, contracts, and correspondence.
• Transaction Assistance and Management: manage transactions from inception to resolution.
• Client Interaction: provide updates and address concerns professionally.
• Collaboration: work with lawyers and professionals on transaction strategies.
• Attend client calls and meetings; participate in negotiations.
• Compliance: stay updated on legal standards and precedents.
• Professional Development: engage in ongoing training and leadership development.
