Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school.
• Admitted to practice in California.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough legal research to support transaction preparation and strategy.
• Draft memos, contracts, and correspondence with clear, reasoned analysis.
• Assist/manage complex transactions from inception to closing, with strong judgment.
• Build and maintain client relationships through timely updates and professional communication.
• Collaborate with lawyers and professionals to develop innovative transaction strategies.
