Job summary

The Tepa Companies in Alexandria, VA seek an entry-level End User Services Analyst. You will provide responsive IT support across devices, software, and IT asset lifecycle activities, following established service management processes and maintaining accurate records.

This role targets Dec 2026 graduates with a BA in information technology or computer science. You will gain hands-on learning, mentorship, and growth, handling onboarding, device deployment, escalation, and collaboration with IT

Qualifications

0-2 years IT support or related role.
Experience with Windows endpoints and Microsoft 365 is a plus.
Familiarity with IT service management systems.

Responsibilities

Respond to end-user incidents and requests via ITSM platform.
Troubleshoot laptops, desktops, mobile devices, printers, and conferencing tech.
Perform onboarding/offboarding, device deployment, and software fulfillment.
Maintain IT asset records and conduct inventory audits.
Collaborate across IT teams to fulfill access and support activities.
Create clear ticket notes and knowledge articles.
