Job summary

The End User Services Intern at The Tepa Companies will assist the Asset Analyst and act as a single point of resolution for local, remote, and field users in a growing organization. This paid 12-week program offers about 40 hours per week and visibility to impact the IT team and wider company.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting with the team, responding to Ivanti tickets, assisting with Microsoft/Adobe support, and helping with asset tracking and problem management.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science or another related field.
• Within 2 years of graduation (rising junior/rising senior).
• Desktop troubleshooting a plus
• Microsoft Applications and administration

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with team members on troubleshooting.
• Under supervision responds to and follows up with service desk tickets from Ivanti via phone, email, chat, and in person.
• Assists with investigations and implementation of solutions to technical issues for end-users and collaborate with co-workers on the IT team for help
• Assists with technical support for Microsoft, Adobe, and other business applications
• Installs, documents, and troubleshoots desktop software for production staff under supervision
• Shadows and assists End User Services on problem management
• Works closely with the IT Asset Analyst to assist asset tracking with employee/contractor moves, adds, and changes
• Customer focused to our internal and external clients
• Works with a sense of urgency
• Good communication skills both written and oral
• Other duties as assigned

About The Job

The End User Services Intern assists the Asset Analyst in resolving up to high-level end-user and management issues. This role is a single point of resolution for local support, remote, and field users in a growing company. This role has visibility within the company and has opportunity to make a positive impact on the organization.

The Tepa Companies 2027 Intern Program is a paid opportunity for the duration of 12 weeks. Depending on your workload and school schedule, the work schedule will be approximately 40 hours per week.
