Plante Moran’s Employee Benefits Consulting team analyzes and advises on client rewards programs, including compensation and retirement benefits. The role encompasses designing solutions, producing detailed reports, and presenting findings to clients while engaging with senior management.

You will stay current on regulations, work both independently and with teams, and contribute to cost-effective client outcomes across a national footprint.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required or JD with relevant tax/employment law coursework.
• Academic success with minimum GPA 3.0.
• Detail‑oriented leadership with problem-solving, communication, critical thinking, organizational, and technical skills.
• Ability to research and analyze tax and employment law guidance and communicate findings.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and design employee rewards programs to meet client needs and regulatory requirements.
• Assist in developing client deliverables, including reports and presentations explaining complex concepts.
• Participate in client meetings and site visits with top-level management.
• Collaborate with clients to develop cost-effective and competitive rewards solutions.
• Stay up to date on industry trends and regulatory changes to provide informed advice.
• Work independently and collaboratively within a team.
