Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required or a JD with tax and/or employment law coursework.
• Academic success with a minimum 3.0 GPA.
• Detail-oriented leader with strong problem-solving, communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and design employee rewards programs to meet client needs and regulatory requirements.
• Assist in developing client deliverables, including detailed reports and presentations explaining complex concepts.
• Participate in client meetings and site visits while interacting with top-level management.
• Collaborate with clients to develop cost-effective and competitive rewards solutions.
• Stay up to date on industry trends and regulatory changes to provide informed advice.
• Work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
