Our Employee Benefits Consulting (EBC) team is responsible for analyzing and advising on client rewards programs - including compensation, fringe benefits, and retirement benefits programs. Job Responsibilities

Your role.

Your work will include, but not be limited to:

• Analyze and design employee rewards programs to meet client needs and regulatory requirements.
• Assist in developing client deliverables, including detailed reports and presentations, explaining complex concepts.
• Participate in client meetings and site visits while interacting with top-level management.
• Collaborate with clients to develop cost-effective and competitive rewards solutions.
• Stay up to date on industry trends and regulatory changes to provide informed advice.
• Work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in economics, political science, math, accounting, statistics, or other related field, or a juris doctorate with coursework in tax and/or employment law.
• Academic success (a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0).
• Detail-oriented leader with problem-solving, communication, critical thinking, organizational, and technical skills.
• Ability to research and analyze tax and employment law guidance and effectively communicate findings.

This is an exempt position that may require some local, national, and occasional international travel.
