Job summary

Plante Moran is seeking an Analyst to help employers design and manage sustainable health and welfare benefit programs through data-driven consulting. You will analyze healthcare, pharmacy, and benefits data, develop cost projections, identify trends and opportunities, and translate complex findings into actionable recommendations for clients.

Working alongside experienced consultants, you'll gain hands-on experience from day one, contribute to client engagements, prepare and present reports,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; GPA 3.0+ preferred.
• Strong analytical, communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint and Word.

Responsibilities

• Analyze healthcare, pharmacy, and benefits data to identify trends and cost drivers.
• Develop cost projections, benchmarking analyses, and financial models.
• Translate data insights into actionable recommendations for clients.
• Collect, validate, and maintain carrier and vendor data used in analyses.
• Assist with vendor evaluations, pricing reviews, and client deliverables.
• Prepare and present reports, analyses, and recommendations to clients.
