RTX is seeking an entry-level Electrical Engineering candidate to support the Advanced Effector Guidance Systems department in Tucson, AZ. The role involves troubleshooting electronics, performing circuit analyses, and assisting with subassembly integration and tests, working with a variety of test equipment and teams to drive meaningful results. Ideal candidates hold a B.S.

in Electrical Engineering and are prepared to obtain the required U.S. government security clearance.

Qualifications

• Experience with RF/analog/digital/mixed-signal circuit design or analysis.
• Experience with test instruments (oscilloscope, DMM, logic analyzer, spectrum/network analyzers, power meter).
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related STEM major with less than 2 years’ experience.
• Ability to obtain/maintain security clearance; U.S. citizenship required.

Responsabilités

• Troubleshooting hardware and process issues to the component level.
• Performing analog and digital circuit analysis.
• Conducting integration & test at the subassembly level.
• Generate test procedures and document test results.
• Present task results to small technical teams.
• May travel up to 10% for test support.
• Able to lift up to 15 lbs.
