Job summary

RTX is seeking entry-level engineers to join the Advanced Effector Guidance Systems (AEGS) Department in Tucson, AZ. You will analyze and troubleshoot electronics, support subsystem development, and collaborate with multi-discipline teams to develop cutting-edge guidance electronics.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering or related STEM field, are eligible for U.S. security clearance, and can work in a lab and production environment with occasional travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related STEM field.
• Experience with RF, analog, digital, or mixed-signal circuitry and analysis.
• Experience with test instruments and writing/executing test procedures.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot hardware and processes down to board/component levels.
• Perform analog/digital circuit analysis and modeling of subsystems.
• Conduct integration & test at subassembly level and document results.
• Generate and present test results to technical teams.
• Travel to test areas for support as needed (<10%).
• Able to lift 15 lbs and work in lab/production environments.
