Job summary

TransPerfect is seeking an eDiscovery Project Coordinator eager to start a career in project management. You will assist Project Managers, oversee litigation support projects, and help ensure on-time delivery with high quality.

You’ll work with production staff to allocate resources and communicate with clients, applying analytical thinking and strong customer service to solve problems as they arise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year college or university preferred (Business Admin, CS, Math).
• Knowledge of MS Access required.
• Ability to work overtime including evenings/weekends as needed.
• Excellent customer service skills and problem-solving under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Managers with client requests.
• Oversee execution of litigation support projects.
• Track delivery schedules and ensure quality assurance.
• Serve as liaison between production staff and clients through project life cycle.
• Develop analytical approaches to identify solutions and determine actions.
• Ensure jobs meet client specifications and deadlines.
• Coordinate resource allocation with deadlines and priorities set by the client.
