Job summary

TransPerfect Legal Solutions is seeking a junior eDiscovery Project Coordinator to assist Project Managers in overseeing litigation support projects, ensuring quality and timely delivery, and learning each client’s technical specs.

You will develop client relationships, identify potential issues, allocate resources with production staff, and serve as a liaison throughout the project life cycle, with opportunities to grow into a Project Manager.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year college; Business, CS, or Math preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Office; MS Access required.
• Available for overtime, including evenings and weekends.
• Available by phone or email when out of the office as needed.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines; strong customer service.
• Strong problem solving and multitasking abilities; SQL/VB a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Managers with client requests.
• Responsible for the execution of litigation support projects.
• Oversee full life cycle of projects per client parameters.
• Track delivery schedules, ensure QA, manage scope changes.
• Work with production staff to allocate resources per deadlines.
• Serve as liaison between production staff and client.
• Apply analytical skills to research solutions and actions.
• Ensure jobs meet client and industry standards and deadlines.
