Job summary

NielsenIQ is looking for a Junior Customer Service Associate focused on Data Analysis. This role entails the accurate delivery of GfK reports to clients and ensuring client data is managed according to quality standards.

You will handle client access for reporting portals, perform quality checks, and collaborate with various internal teams. A university degree in Mathematics, IT, or Data Management is preferred. Benefits include a hybrid work model and additional medical insurance.

Responsibilities

• Distribute reports to external clients using GfK’s specialized applications.
• Perform quality control checks on all report deliveries.
• Configure, modify, and troubleshoot the online delivery system.
• Act as a contact point for local country teams and internal departments.
• Promote and adhere to global processes and best practices.
