This individual will collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze data, develop reports and dashboards, and track key performance metrics. Key Responsibilities

• Partner with internal teams to support data analysis initiatives and ongoing projects
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data to identify trends and provide actionable insights
• Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Track project timelines, deliverables, and ensure timely completion of assignments
• Monitor performance metrics and communicate progress to stakeholders
• Maintain data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with reporting standards
• Identify process improvements and recommend data-driven solutions
• Assist in maintaining databases and data systems, ensuring proper functionality
• Document processes, procedures, and reporting methodologies
• Provide general support on special projects and departmental initiatives as needed

Qualifications

• 0–1 year of relevant experience in data analysis, reporting, or a related field
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Business, Information Systems, or a related field preferred
• Equivalent combination of education, certifications, or hands-on training will be considered
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, data manipulation, reporting)
• Familiarity with data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, or R is a plus
• Ability to interpret data and present findings clearly and effectively
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively
