Qualifications

• Advanced Excel functions, formulas, pivots, charts and data manipulation.
• Ability to interpret datasets, derive insights, and support problem-solving.
• Experience with MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with Power BI preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze data related to the complaint management process and identify trends, issues, and improvement opportunities.
• Use Excel and other Microsoft tools to organize data, perform calculations, create reports, and support decision-making.
• Assist the team with data validation, report generation, and documentation tasks.
• Collaborate with team members to support ongoing data analytics projects and contribute insights.
