Job summary

The Reynolds and Reynolds Company is seeking a Training Specialist to help customers transition to our software platforms. You will travel about 80% of the time to install and convert software for dealerships, and you will tailor the system to each client's needs while training key dealership personnel.

When not on-site, you will support existing customers from your home office, prepare for upcoming trips, and conduct follow-ups to ensure successful deployments and ongoing satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Ability to travel 80% of the time.
• Outgoing, friendly personality.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license with limited moving violations.

Responsibilities
