Softswiss is seeking a Senior Ruby Developer to join a highly experienced engineering team working on complex, data-intensive systems. You will help design and build reliable, fault-tolerant solutions, own performance in production, and tackle challenging data and scalability problems.

You will design scalable Ruby services from implementation to production, troubleshoot issues, optimize database and application performance, and contribute to engineering decisions and best practices.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of software development experience.
• Strong Ruby programming skills and data-intensive app experience.
• Solid SQL skills and relational database knowledge.
