SOFTSWISS is seeking a Senior Ruby on Rails Developer to join our team and help build cutting-edge gaming solutions for a high-load iGaming platform. You’ll design, implement and evolve Rails services powering payment flows, real-time game integrations and back-office tooling, while embracing AI-assisted tooling and responsible AI practices.

Qualifications

4+ years of commercial Ruby on Rails experience.
Strong SQL and PostgreSQL skills.

Responsibilities

Design, build and evolve Rails services powering our iGaming platform.
Integrate AI-assisted tooling for scaffolding, refactoring and tests.
Integrate LLM-based features into the product where value is created.
Own performance and reliability: profiling, caching, background processing.
Review code and mentor engineers, setting team standards for AI usage.
Participate in architecture discussions and cross-team initiatives.
