Job summary

FlexTG, a nationwide leader in managed print services, is seeking a Customer Service Associate to join its call center environment in Mesa, AZ. You will respond promptly to customer needs, process orders across phones, email, and portal, and maintain professional communication with internal and external customers.

Ideal candidates have 1-2 years in customer service, strong problem solving, and comfortable with multiple computer systems.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or GED.
• 1–2 years of customer service/call center experience preferred.
• Excellent customer relation skills required.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.

• Strong written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Receive a high volume of orders from phones, email, or portal from new and existing customers.
• Enter consumable orders accurately after reviewing device details.
• Provide accurate shipping quotes, including expedited services.
• Quote shipping charges as needed (e.g., Overnight).
• Research and resolve customer inquiries with thorough follow-up.
• Verify PO pricing against internal costs and escalate discrepancies.
