Job summary

FCP Euro is seeking a reliable and motivated Pickup Center Associate to join our team at the Experience Center in Mesa, AZ. This role focuses on back-of-house fulfillment and supports front-of-house as needed.

You will pick, pack, stage, and prepare orders for pickup, assist customers with order pickups and returns, and help maintain inventory accuracy and locker organization. A strong team player with attention to detail will thrive in our fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in warehouse, fulfillment, or retail environment preferred.
• Customer service experience with friendly, professional demeanor.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work quickly and accurately.
• Proficiency with computers and technology; experience with a Warehouse Management System (WMS) is helpful.
• Ability to lift 60+ pounds and operate material-handling equipment.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Picks, packs, stages, and prepares customer orders for pickup.
• Ensures orders are organized, accounted for, and ready within fulfillment timelines.
• Assist customers with order pickups and returns while escalating complex questions as needed.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and assist with audits and location organization.
• Support front-of-house during high volumes and back-of-house priorities as needed.
