Job summary

Mitsubishi Electric UK is seeking a detail-oriented finance assistant to join our UK finance team. You will handle cash and cheque allocation for the UK, run monthly statements, maintain ledgers, and support credit risk activities with a proactive approach.

You will also monitor the group inbox, handle inquiries from internal colleagues and external customers, and perform ad hoc tasks such as processing refunds and copying invoices.

Responsibilities

• Cash & cheque allocation for the UK.
• Monthly statement run for the UK.
• Maintenance of Cash with Order & Service & Maintenance ledgers, as well as order releasing for these areas.
• Monitoring our group inbox and actioning where required.
• Scanning for the department.
• Adhoc tasks e.g. copy invoices, PODs, processing refund requests
• Understand and comply with all relevant company policies.
• Support for the Credit Controllers
• Answering calls from internal colleagues and external customers
• Supporting Credit Risk activities
