You will collaborate with teammates daily to deliver a flawless final product and support the kitchen during busy periods. Ideal candidates bring culinary and supervisory experience in a luxury hotel, a personal creative touch, and the ability to guide others.

Qualifications

• Culinary and supervisory experience within a luxury hotel.
• A creative flair and bring your personal touch and energy to all our food and beverage experiences.
• Ability to provide guidance to others.

Responsibilities

• Maintain consistency of service in the absence of the Chef.
• Maintain good working relationships with team members and provide encouragement.
• Adhere to proper food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures; HACCP logs maintained.
• Communicate with Sous Chefs and Executive Chef regarding menu items or shortages.
• Ensure adequate supplies for the shift and call up items as needed.
• Prepare and plate items accurately and communicate timing to cooks.
