Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; culinary experience preferred.
• Culinary experience required.
• Flexible and long hours sometimes required.
• Medium work – lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand during entire shift.
• Knowledge of menus and hotel standards.
• Proficiency in cooking techniques and food handling.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of all storage areas.
• Prepare and display buffet items according to standards.
• Prepare all foods following standard recipes under supervision.
• Break down buffets and kitchen line; store food and equipment properly.
• Support other kitchen positions as needed.
