Job summary

Primoris Renewable Energy seeks a Senior Contracts Analyst to manage the contract lifecycle across multiple projects, performing redlines and negotiations with minimal oversight. This role coordinates with Legal, Risk, and Engineering teams and mentors junior staff to ensure contract excellence.

They will drive QA/QC, oversee exhibits, and support project closeouts, while aligning with PRE’s risk tolerance and corporate values.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in managing and leading a team.
• Superior organizational skills and diligence.
• Critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and related industry software.
• Commercial experience in the Construction Industry.

Responsibilities

• Lead contract lifecycle tasks across 4–5 projects.
• Perform initial redlines and negotiate EPC contracts.
• Coordinate QA/QC of contracts and exhibits.
• Facilitate internal/external communications and meetings.
• Mentor Analysts I & II.
• Ensure timely delivery and documentation for closeouts.
• Interface with Legal, Risk, Engineering and Tax teams.
