Primoris Services Corporation is seeking a Senior Contracts Analyst to manage contract lifecycle tasks, redline and negotiate EPC contracts, and coordinate with Legal, Risk, SCADA, Engineering, and Tax teams. The role includes mentoring junior analysts and supporting multiple project portfolios on the front line of contract execution.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, Engineering or Project Management.
5+ years solar/renewables experience and/or 6+ years construction experience.
4+ years redlining and negotiating contracts.

Responsibilities

Oversee contract lifecycle tasks across 4–5 projects with deadlines.
Lead document control and QA/QC of contracts and exhibits.
Negotiate EPC contracts and exhibits under limited supervision.
Interface with Legal, Risk, SCADA, Engineering and Tax teams.
Mentor Analysts I and II.
Support pre-construction teams and project portfolios.
